Schunk PGN GrippersThe PGN-plus gripper’s improved multi-tooth guidance enables the use of even longer gripper fingers for the same gripper size due to higher maximum moments, without overloading the guidance. Gripping with optimized interfering contours during handling tasks in confined spaces, is thereby made even easier. Permanent lubricant pockets ensure a continuous grease supply.

PGN-plus-E Gripper are the first simple electric gripper with multi-tooth guidance, digital actuation, and 24 V drive makes the changeover from pneumatic to electric components particularly easy.  These electric grippers utilize a brushless DC servomotor for almost wear-free use and a long service life. Control via digital I/O provides easy commissioning and rapid integration into existing systems. Four-step adjustable gripping force means simple adaption to sensitive workpieces.

Schunk MPC GripperThe pneumatically controlled SCHUNK MPC gripper offers an attractive price/performance ratio while at the same time ensuring excellent performance.

These basic grippers offer SCHUNK quality and are available in six sizes between 16 N and 270 N and maximum jaw strokes between 2.5 mm and 15 mm. Even the smallest size with a weight of only 50 g, allows handling of components weighing up to 80 g. At the top end of the size scale, part weights of up to 1.3 kg are possible.

Despite the entry level price, the repeat accuracy amounts to 0.02 mm.

Schunk DDF 2 Media Feed Through Providing Unlimited Rotational Movement

Schunk pass throughThe DDF2 rotary indexing table provides unlimited rotational movement for robot applications. The DDF 2 is designed for media feed-through of electric signals and pneumatics for use on robots with infinite rotation.

The ISO mounting pattern provides for easy assembly to most types of robots without the need of additional adapter plates. A complete series of 12 sizes offers three combinations of pneumatic and electrical feed through. Newly developed, smooth running and long lasting seals ensure low torque requirements, allowing smaller, more economical drives.
